MODULAR PHILOSOPHY

THE NEXT STEP IN CONSTRUCTION

Modulus MEP strives to integrate the manufacturing and on-site construction environments into a seamless project delivery method for its innovative customers. We work with our clients on the designs and manufacture a range of mechanical and electrical modules which are specifically tailored to each project.  We have the ability to provide mechanical services pipework, fire protection pipework, drainage pipework, ventilation ductwork and electrical containment services for the building services and construction industries.

WHAT IS A MODULE?

Modules are the manufactured result of many planning sessions, engineering reviews, BIM coordination meetings and installation analysis exercise.  In simple terms, a “module” is the manufactured result that will be installed into a project or building, all build to specification and code.

The modules are engineered from fully coordinated drawings by our team of engineers and produced and tested under factory controlled conditions using the latest systems and materials. The modules are then delivered to the construction site via truck, typically via Conestoga trailer, which significantly reduces logistics and traditional on-site build time.

The process is facilitated through our UK partnership and their years of experience in modular design and manufacturing. We use these drawings to produce manufacturing data, cost analysis and deliver detailed installation locations for the modular zone. This enables significant long-term cost and time savings.
