Project Summary

The new Science Center at The College of St. Scholastica will be a 40,000 square-foot wing that will enhance the existing 125,000 square-foot Science Center. The Jamar Company installed 4 x 20ft sections of modules that included pre-insulated ductwork with VAV, HVAC piping, and domestic water services. The manufacturing installation of these modules was the first of its kind for APi Group.

Key features of this project include:

  • 7 laboratories for chemistry and biochemistry
  • 6 faculty-undergraduate student research areas
  • 2 classrooms for pre-laboratory meetings and general class use
  • tunnels to Somers and Tower halls
  • faculty offices
  • an atrium-style gathering area
  • a rooftop greenhouse
